To provide a vehicular opening/closing cover structure capable of obtaining a free joining line by enabling the different thickness joining of at least three kinds of dissimilar materials.
A door inner panel 14 is integrated by joining a door inner upper 22 composed of four kinds of plate materials different in thickness, a door inner front 24, a door inner rear 26 and a door inner lower 28 by the different thickness joining. Though substantially T-shaped intersections 32D and 32E intersecting with straight line-shaped joining lines 32A, 32B and 32C exist in a joining line 32, an opening 30 is arranged in a part including the intersections 32D and 32E. A possibility of causing a welding failure exists in the intersections 32D and 32E, but a welding quality of the door inner panel 14 can be secured by cutting off a part including the intersections 32D and 32E as the opening part 30.
