When a hub 58 is relatively rotated to a position where a gap reduced portion 102 of a disc plate 56 is formed, since the hub 58 is brought into slide-contact with the gap reduced portion 102, slide resistance is generated between the hub 58 and the disc plate 56, thereby generating hysteresis torque. When generating the hysteresis torque, it is enough only to adjust the gap in an axial direction between the thickness of the hub 58 in the axial direction and the disc plate 56, so that increase in the number of components is suppressed and a packaging performance is also improved.
