Portions 36-3, 38-3 using the rivet 44 for pressing the drive plate 34 and the side plate 38 onto each other are offset-arranged so that the outer periphery of the side plate 38 abuts on the drive plate 34 to form a step 38-1. Window frame portions 34-2, 38-2 of the drive plate 34 and the side plate 38 forming a spring storage portion 42 storing the spring 40 have edges whose whole peripheries form a vertical rib.
