This vehicular driving controller 1 has: a position information acquisition means 2 for acquiring position information of the vehicle; a data storage means 3 for storing map data; a map matching means 4 performing map matching of a matching position of the vehicle by use of the position information and the map data 3; a sudden start prevention means 5 preventing the sudden start of the vehicle; and a situation decision means 6 for deciding whether the matching position of the vehicle is present on a road in the map data 3 or not, and executing the sudden start prevention means 5 when it is decided that it is absent on the road.
