In a vehicular fluid filter 100 provided with a filter element 2 having highly efficient filtration function, a case 13 for housing the filter element, and a packing 8 made of an elastic body for closing an inlet 5c of the case 13 for unfiltered oil from the inside of the case and inhibiting the unfiltered oil from flowing out of the inlet 5c, a pull put part 8b enabled to be pulled out toward the outside of the case from the inlet 5c formed in the packing 8. A lip part 8a is torn by pulling the pull out part 8b of the packing 8 before discharge, so that the oil remaining in the dirty side C1 can be discharged.
