A handle structure 3 has a rotatably erected steering rod 31, a handle arm 32 connected to the steering rod 31, a grip bracket 33 arranged on the handle arm 32 and a handle grip 34 projecting from the grip bracket 33. A direction maintaining means has the grip bracket 33 fixed to the handle arm 32, a first wire 301 connected to the handle grip 34, a rod side bracket 39 projected on the steering rod 31, a car body side bracket 38 oppositely arranged on the rod side bracket 39, a second wire 302 connected to the car body side bracket 38 and a third wire 303. Thus, handle operation can be easily performed, and the imposition of a burden on a wrist can be eliminated.
