A focus of a projection lens 21 is formed on a face of light-emitting faces 22a, 22a of a light-emitting diode 19, or in the vicinity of the light-emitting faces, a shade 20 is formed in a plate shape, a shade driving means 28 is installed capable of moving the shade between a light shielding position to shield one part of light emitted from the light-emitting faces of the light-emitting diode and an opening position to open the light-emitting faces of the light-emitting diode, and the shade is positioned adjacent to the light-emitting faces of the light-emitting diode at the light shielding position.
