Abstract:
To provide a vehicular illuminating device that has a simple structure and can restrain a surge voltage from being applied to a light emitting element, and a vehicular lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A vehicular illuminating device according to an embodiment comprises: a socket having electrical conductivity; a board provided on the side of one end part of the socket, and comprising a wiring pattern; at least one light emitting element provided on the board, and electrically connected to the wiring pattern; and at least one of a first bypass part and a second bypass part for releasing a current caused by a surge voltage applied to the wiring pattern, to the socket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
