Title:
VEHICULAR INTERIOR PART AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008080573
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a vehicular interior part which can increase the adhesion between a skin material and a polypropylene resin substrate in the skin material residual length part spool up part of the substrate without using a primer, and to provide a method for producing the interior part.

A nitrile rubber adhesive layer 12 is formed on the back of the skin material 9 made of a resin containing a plasticizer. The skin material 9 is adhered to a nonwoven fabric laminated substrate 8 in which a nonwoven fabric 7 is laminated on the surface of the polypropylene resin substrate 6 through the nitrile rubber adhesive layer 12. A chloroprene adhesive layer 14 is formed on a back of either the nitrile rubber adhesive layer 12 of the residual length part 15 of the skin material 9 or the end edge part 16 of the nonwoven fabric laminated substrate 8. The residual length part 15 of the skin material 9 is spooled up to the back of the end edge part 16 of the nonwoven fabric laminated substrate 8 and adhered to the end edge part 16 of the nonwoven fabric laminated substrate 8 through the nitrile rubber adhesive layer 12 and the chloroprene rubber adhesive layer 14.
