Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately call for attention by emitting light.SOLUTION: A vehicular lighting system (10) comprises: emitting means (300) that is able to emit first light (L1) and second light (L2); first detection means (110) that detects an object (30) by using image information that has captured an image of the surroundings of the own vehicle; second detection means (120) that detects the object by emitting an electromagnetic wave to the surroundings of the own vehicle; first control means (230) that controls the emitting means such that the first light is emitted to the object detected by the second detection means; target determination means (240) that determines whether the object detected by the first detection means or the second detection means while the first light is emitted thereto is a target calling for attention or not; and second control means (250) that controls the emitting means such that if the determination means determines that the object is a target, the second light is emitted to the target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
