Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a magnetic component, used together with a non-contact power transmission coil, into an appropriate shape and size, while reducing power loss in the magnetic component.SOLUTION: A power transmission coil unit has four flat magnetic bodies 24 which overlap a power transmission coil 18 formed into a rectangular flatly wound shape. The magnetic bodies 24 are located at positions corresponding to corners of the power transmission coil 18, respectively. Each of the magnetic bodies 24 has a pair of magnetic pieces 14 having shapes symmetrical to each other with respect to a virtual line extending from the center of the power transmission coil 18 to one of the corners of the power transmission coil 18. Each of the magnetic bodies 24 is laid from the inner side to the outer side of the power transmission coil 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
