To provide a vehicular operational device capable of preventing the occurrence of shrinkage while maintaining a design face or an operation face of an operational member properly as in the past, and keeping the strength required for the operational member and reducing weight of the operational member itself.

In this vehicular operational device for switching the predetermined mechanism by operating the operational member having a back side of the design face being the operation face for applying a hand on it for operation, the operational member (handle 10) is composed of a basic member 20 having the strength required for operation and a cover member 30 being a separate member from the basic member. At least the basic member 20 is integrally molded by a resin material. The cover member 30 covers the basic member to constitute either of the design face 12 and the operation face 14 of the operational member. A thinning recessed part is provided on a face of the basic member 20 covered with the cover member.
