Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular portable machine which can be easily operated regardless of a size of a palm or a dominant hand of a user.SOLUTION: A vehicular portable machine comprises: an icon display section 5 which displays plural types of icons 6a to 6e showing contents of vehicle control; operation sections 7 and 8 which have capacitance switches and are arranged at two locations on both sides of the icon display section 5; and another operation section 9 arranged below the icon display section 5. The operation sections 7 and 8 have divided operation areas for respective types of control signals in a manner that arranges the operation areas at two locations for each type of control signal. An input control section puts the operation sections 7 and 8 into a start-up state when a third input section arranged at a back of the vehicular portable machine is operated, selects one out of the plural types of control signals on the basis of user's operation range of the operation areas 7 and 8 which are put into the start-up state, and causes the selected icon to blink. Then, a control section makes a transmission section transmit a radio wave of the selected control signal when the operation section 9 is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
