Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device that is easily attachable to an axle case and vice versa, and able to make improvements in durability and steerability.
SOLUTION: This power steering device is equipped with an axle case 1, housing a differential gear 23 and a symmetrical pair of axles 2 and 2' extending from this differential gear, and integrally formed with a first bracket 1a projected to one side in front and in the rear, a second bracket 10 to be attached to one side in front and in the rear of the axle case free of detachment at a distance from the first bracket in the axial direction of the axle case, and a connecting member 12, whose one end is connected to a piston rod 9 being projected from a cylinder 8, and the other end extended to the other side in front and in the rear from an axial position of the piston rod 9 is rotatably connected to the other end 11a of a tie rod, respectively.
