Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of the whole and to prevent a lead wire from being short-circuited by connecting the lead wire of an axial-type wedge valve placed on the front surface of a printed wiring board to a conductive pattern on the back surface and forming a light reflecting surface on the front surface of the printed wiring board except for parts of lead wire inserting small holes.
SOLUTION: Three conductive patterns 11, 12 and 13 are formed on the back surface of a printed wiring board 1, the conductive pattern 12 is divided into three patterns, and small holes 12a to 12d are formed on respective ends. A reflecting surface 2 for reflecting light to a valve is formed on the front surface of the printed wiring board 1, and a non-reflecting part 21 is formed on a part corresponding with the small holes 12a to 12d in the reflecting surface 2. Two axial-type wedge valves 3 are used, a lead wire in one valve 3 is inserted into the small holes 12a, 12b, and a lead wire of the other valve 3 is inserted into the small holes 12c, 12c. The inserted lead wires are connected and fixed to the conductive pattern 12.
