To provide a power generator capable of generating power by utilizing the movement of an occupant and reducing loss of generated power in a vehicular seat.

A vehicular seat S including power generators 20 and 50 includes all of a rectifier 60 rectifying electricity generated by the power generators 20 and 50, storage batteries 25 and 55 storing the electricity rectified by the rectifier 60, a control section 70 supplying the electricity stored by the storage batteries 25 and 55 to a load section 100 and the load section 100 receiving supply of the electricity by the control section 70. In the power generators 20 and 50, magnetic bodies 21 and 51 rotate in the vicinities of power generating coils 23 and 53 via transmission members 16 and 46 rotating to interlock with the movement of an occupant to thereby generate electricity in the power generating coils 23 and 53 by electromagnetic induction.
