To provide a vehicular seat that suppresses the malfunction of a headrest.
The vehicular seat includes: a movable member 3, which supports stays 22 of a headrest and is supported to a seat back frame movably in the vertical direction; a headrest drive mechanism 5, which moves the movable member to the seat back frame; a link member 53, which is supported rotatably to the seat back frame by a fixing bracket 6; and a cable 55, whose end part 55b, the operation starting point, is locked to the link member and which moves the movable member in the upward direction by being pulled with the end part 55b by the rotation of the link member. The link member has an oval hole 56, to which the end part 55b of the cable is locked and its relative position to the end part of the cable is displaced by the rotation of the link member. When a load exceeds a predetermined amount, the movable member moves upward as the cable is pulled with the uppermost end of the oval hole.
