To provide a good hearing condition, and cause no trouble in conversation and to provide safety by providing a speaker and a microphone on an attachment plate provided with a head rest shaft hole and moving the speaker to a position immediately at the rear of the ear and moving the microphone to a position near the mouth.

On an attachment plate 2 a head rest shaft hole 1 is provided which has a round hole on one side and an elongated hole on the other. On one end of the attachment plate 2, the attachment plate 2 and a speaker 3 are fixed with a shaft in such a manner that a direction of the speaker 3 changes freely. On the end of the attachment plate 2, a flexible microphone 4 is attached so that the microphone 4 can be swung. The head rest having the attachment plate 2 provided thereon is inserted into a sheet to be fixed. Since the speaker 3 comes close to the rear of the ear and the microphone comes close to the mouth, people can have a conversation safely through an automobile telephone and the like.
