Abstract:
To provide a vehicular side mirror being achieved at a low cost without spoiling appearance and letting a driver know presence of an obstacle in the vicinity of a vehicular front wheel surely almost without overlooking.
The vehicular side mirror 20A includes an optical member 30 securing the field of view in the vicinity of the vehicular front wheel for the driver 1. The vehicular side mirror 20A includes an obstacle sensor 40 outputting a detection signal when the obstacle is present in the field of view in the vicinity of the vehicular front wheel, and a notifying means 50 letting the driver know presence of the obstacle by the detection signal by the obstacle sensor 40.
