The DC-DC converter power circuit 10 has a converter drive circuit 17 actuated by the outlet switch 6. The DC-DC converter power circuit 10 has a breaker circuit 16 which turns off the DC-DC converter power circuit 10 when an excess current equal to or greater than a predetermined value flows in the household electric appliance socket 4.
