Abstract:
To provide a vertical link type vehicular step device which can equalize an air pressure of the inside of a space for storing an actuator and an air pressure of the outside and achieve reduction of increase in size and costs while securing reliability.SOLUTION: A vehicular step device includes: a supply passage (18) which supplies electric power to an actuator (10); a first opening (31) which is provided at a part of a wall surface, forming a space for storing the actuator, of a vehicle body fixing member (11) and which functions as a vehicle body fixing member side insertion port of the supply passage; a second opening (32) which is provided in a part of a vehicle body (20) so as to face an interior of a passenger compartment and which functions as a vehicle body side insertion port of the supply passage; and a communication passage (19) which connects the first opening with the second opening to allow the space for storing the actuator of the vehicle body fixing member and the interior of the passenger compartment to communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
