To provide a vehicular sun visor having reasonable construction permitting the cut-off of a power supply for a luminaire.

The vehicular sun visor 1 comprises a visor body 2 for shielding a vehicle room from a light and a mirror cover 41 slidably mounted on the visor body 2 for opening/closing the mirror 40 mounted on the visor body 2. A portion of a lamp circuit 6 for the luminaire 41 to be utilized in using the mirror 40 is provided between the visor body 2 and the mirror cover 41. The vehicular sun visor 1 has fixed contact members 60, 62 provided on the visor body 2 for making the lamp circuit 6 intermittent and a movable contact member 7 provided on the mirror cover 41. The movable contact member 7 has contact with the fixed contact members 60, 62 when the mirror cover 41 is opened and is separated from the fixed contact members 60, 62 when the mirror cover 41 is closed.
