To provide a stabilizer having enhanced riding comfort and steering stability of a vehicle while a vehicle body is rolling without causing a problem on a layout space or manufacturing cost even if a range of a roll with low rigidity is set so as to be wide.

Lever mechanisms 11L, 11R are interposed between outer sides 10b, 10c of a stabilizer 10 and a shock absorber SA (a wheel side support member). The lever mechanisms 11L, 11R are respectively provided with a case 15, a lever 16 and a rubber 17 (an elastic body). The case 15 is fixed onto the shock absorber SA. The lever 16 is rotabably connected around the axial line of a bolt 18 at a rear end part inside the case 15, and is rotatably connected to an upper end part of each of links 12L, 12R. The case 15 and the lever 16 are vulcanized and bonded by the rubber 17. A spring constant of the rubber 17 is made smaller than a torsional spring constant of the stabilizer 10 for a roll of a vehicle body BD.
