Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an effective restriction against gear disengagement even if a dog gear or a sleeve gear is slanted.SOLUTION: A vehicular transmission 10 includes a dog gear 31 having external teeth 31b; and a sleeve gear 19 slidably arranged at a clutch hub 18 installed at an output shaft 13 and slid to enable internal teeth 19a to be engaged with the external teeth 31b of the dog gear 31. The external teeth 31b are formed with slant teeth surfaces 31f having tooth thickness narrowed from tooth profile ends in a tooth width direction toward an inside of tooth width direction, the internal teeth 19a are formed with slant tooth surfaces 19d having tooth thickness narrowed from the tooth profile ends opposite to the tooth profile ends of the external teeth 31b toward an inside of tooth width direction. The slant tooth surfaces 31f of the external teeth 31b and the slant tooth surfaces 19d of the internal teeth 19a are fitted to each other under a state in which the external teeth 31b and the internal teeth 19a are engaged to each other. Slant angles at each of the slant tooth surfaces are made different to cause each of the slant tooth surfaces 19d, 31f to be contacted in surface even if the dog gear or the sleeve gear is slanted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
