To eliminate disadvantages of the prior arts such as lack of freedom in design and increase in weight.
A vehicular wheel includes an outer rim o wherein a thick part of a plate is formed into a disk part d by embossing and a thin part of the plate around the disk part d is formed into a rim part by drawing, and an inner rim i having overlapped parts 1, 2 which overlap in the predetermined position of the disk part d by drawing. Flange parts f, f of the outer rim o and the inner rim i are curled inward so as to be doubly shaped. The outer rim o and the inner rim i are integrated by a welded part 3 with the overlapped parts 1, 2 overlapped and positioned in the predetermined position of the disk part d. The strongest rim part is provided because the flange part f is curled inward so as to be doubly shaped by press working. The disk part d has a degree of freedom of designing because the disk part d is formed from one plate. Even the disk part d formed from a thin plate is expected to be strengthened because the disk part d is formed by embossing, resulting in extreme reduction in the weight of a wheel.
