To provide a vehicular wheel manufacturing method carrying out a leak test even by a conventional sealing tool when manufacturing a vehicular wheel having spokes protruded outwardly in the axial direction from an outer flange on the outer circumferential side, and also to provide the optimum shape of a vehicular wheel stock.

The vehicular wheel manufacturing method comprises steps of: casting a vehicular wheel stock consisting of a rim part having a continuous projection part on the outer side in the axial direction and a disk part having spokes; cutting the rim part while leaving the projection part; carrying out a leak test of the rim part by sealing the rim part by abutting the projection part and an inner flange on the sealing tool; and forming an outer flange by cutting the projection part.
