To detect acceleration (G) and angular velocity (Yaw) with high accuracy while reducing an effect of mixing-in disturbance on a detection signal, as to an acceleration/angular velocity sensor for detecting acceleration and angular velocity by performing detection using first and second detection electrodes.
The sensor includes first and second vibrators 11 and 12 given structures displaceable in a drive direction and in a detection direction while being oppositely disposed so as to be symmetric to each other, first and second drive electrodes 13 and 14 vibrating the vibrators 11 and 12 in the drive direction, and the first and second detection electrodes 15 and 16 detecting displacement of the vibrators 11 and 12 in the detection direction as changes in capacitance. The sensor includes a connection link spring 25 to connect the vibrators 11 and 12 to each other in the drive direction.
