Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect questionnaires at a sale of a commodity and directly reflect its result in an automatic vending machine, and to have customers actively correspond to the questionnaires. SOLUTION: After delivering a commodity in a sale, questionnaire contents are displayed in an image display device 11, and replies to it can be inputted by a reply inputting means such as a touch panel. The inputted replies are tabulated in an interior and sales conditions such as temperature, sugar quantity or the like of commodities to be sold are adjusted on the basis of a tabulation result. Benefits such as a free gift or points are provided to a questionnaire respondent.
