The vending machine has a plurality of heat insulating materials 12, 13, 19 and 20 disposed on the internal wall surface of a casing, wherein seal members 14, 15, 16 and 17 are attached to the internal wall surface of the casing, and the heat insulating materials 19 and 20 are arranged in a state of face-contacting with the seal members 14, 15, 16 and 17. Thus, it is possible to maintain the face-contact of the heat insulating materials 19 and 20 with the sealing members 14, 15, 16 and 17, even if the heat insulating materials contract due to installation environment or changes over time, and to satisfactorily maintain the heat insulating performance of the vending machine.
