Abstract:
To provide a veneer moving apparatus which is used when joining ends of two single plates for each other, has a simple structure, and is easy to maintain and manage.SOLUTION: A moving leaf spring 231 is lowered toward an effective veneer 205A supported by a reception table 235, and a holding leaf spring 233 is lowered toward an effective veneer 209A supported by the reception table. The effective veneer 209A is pierced by a piercing part 231C of the moving leaf spring 231, and the effective veneer 205A is pierced by a piercing part 233C of the holding leaf spring 233. When the lowering is further continued, an inclined part 231B of the moving leaf spring 231 is buckled, force in a right direction is applied to the piercing part 231C, the effective veneer 209A in which the piercing part 231C is pierced is moved to the right and is brought closer to the effective veneer 205A held in a fixed position by the piercing part 233C to reduce a gap at a joint part 182.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
