Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vent cloth for air bag having high strength and excellent filtering effect and unnecessary to open a vent hole.
CONSTITUTION: The objective cloth is woven fabric having a cover factor of 1,700-3,000, a fiber filling rate of 0.3-0.8 and a fragile air diffusibility of 0.2-4.0 and produced by weaving with yarn containing a high-strength heat-resistant fiber such as para-oriented aromatic polyamide having a single fiber fineness of ≥2de, a strength of ≥16g/de, an average fiber length of 10-80cm and a thermal decomposition temperature of ≥300°C.
