Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent duct for a vehicle capable of absorbing noise in a wide frequency region.SOLUTION: A vent duct 10 for a vehicle is formed by fitting a casing wall part 30 to a fixed frame part 11 having a vent opening 12 from the passenger compartment 91 side. The casing wall part 30 comprises: a groove-shaped side wall 31 projected from the fixed frame part 11 to the passenger compartment 91 side; and a groove end wall 32 which blocks up the end part of the groove-shaped side wall 31 on the passenger compartment 91 side. The inside part of the casing wall part 30 is partitioned in the groove depth direction and in the groove width direction by a plurality of layer walls 33 and a plurality of layer partition walls 34, thereby forming a plurality of sound absorbing chambers 41 which are opened toward the vent opening 12 and different in depth.
