Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent valve device capable of suppressing sticking of a valve body to a valve seat and capable of exerting a valve opening function without any trouble.SOLUTION: On a bottom wall part 11a in a housing 11 forming a valve chamber 15, an opening 14 communicating with a branch pipe 13 of a drain pipe and a suction port 16 for sucking outside air are provided. On the periphery of the suction port 16, a cylindrical valve seat 17 is formed, and a disk-like valve body 20 is supported in an openable/closable manner with respect to the valve seat 17. Then, normally, the valve is closed by the valve body 20 being located on the valve seat 17, and the valve is opened by the valve body 20 being separated from the valve seat 17 at the time of decompression in the valve chamber 15. On an outer periphery of the valve seat 17, a plurality of first guide grooves 26 for guiding dew condensation water generating between the valve seat 17 and the valve body 20 downward are provided at equal intervals. At an inclined surface 27 provided at an upper outer peripheral surface of the valve seat 17 in such a manner that the diameter reduces toward the upper part, second guide grooves 28 are provided being connected to the first guide grooves 26.
