To provide a ventilating air conditioner wherein work of controlling a damper for achieving designed air volume and pressure conditions can be executed even before each room is subjected to airtight treatment, dust is prevented from being scattered onto an exhaust filter and an exhaust duct and work for controlling kinds of filters to be installed, and air volume can be easily performed, and to provide a method of controlling the opening of a damper of the same.
The air conditioner supplies fresh air to rooms of a building divided into a plurality of pressure classes by an air supply fan and an air supply duct, and exhausts air from a suction opening connected to an exhaust duct and an exhaust fan. The air conditioner removes dust in the process of supplying air and exhausting air by the filter and ventilates air in the rooms. A single or a plurality of temporary filters color-coded or pattern-coded by wind velocity and pressure loss or having wind velocity values and pressure loss values written thereon are detachably superposed and attached on the suction opening of each room.
