To enable under-floor areas such as a lavatory, a bath room and a kitchen or the like having much amount of moisture, in particular, to be dried in a spot-like manner by a method wherein a discharging pipe for feeding air into an under-floor area is arranged, air outside a house is sucked into a room and then an electrical energization for a heating means arranged in an air blowing passage for feeding air is controlled.
An air blowing means 17 blows surrounding air sucked from a suction port 16 to a wind tunnel constituting an air feeding passage 18. A heater acting as a heating means 19 is arranged in the air blowing passage 18 and there is provided an air discharging pipe 20 connected to the end part of the air blowing passage 18 or integrally assembled with the air blowing passage 18 for blowing dried air into an under-floor area 9. In addition, a sensing means 21 for sensing a humidity of the surrounding air is arranged near the air suction port 16. Humidity information detected by the sensing means 21 is connected to a control means 22 for use in controlling an electrical energization for the heating means 19. The air blowing mean 17 is constituted by a fan motor and a casing.
