Title:
VENTILATING FAN BUILT-IN CEILING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59229121
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To increase the static pressure, and to prevent noise and vibration, by disposing a turbo type fan being deviated from the center part toward the opposite side of a discharge opening and toward the wall side in the revolving direction in a casing body, in the titled ventilating apparatus using a turbo-type fan.

CONSTITUTION: In relation to a discharge opening 7, the position in a casing body 1 to install a turbo type fan 4 is to be determined in such a manner that the distance between each inside surface of a casing body 1 and each end of a turbo fan 4 A, B, C and D is determined so that the relations of Lmin<A<C, and Lmin<B<D are effected in the minimum accessible distance Lmin between the casing body 1 and the turbo fan 4, which is determined by work accuracy to each part. With such an arrangement, the velocity of air flow which grows increasing as it comes near the discharge opening 7 is restrained, and the air can be fed into the discharge opening 7 without being disturbed. As a result, air swirl is suppressed, so that noise and vibration are prevented, while the static pressure in the casing body 1 can be increased.
