To obtain a ventilating fan that can be temporarily fixed by positioning a fan casing and a housing, without using a screw.
The ventilating fan for duct, in which a fan 17 is rotated in the fan casing 22 to thus form an exhaust flow, includes: a body 21 whose lower surface is in an opened box shape, and which has an exhaust opening provided on a surface other than the lower surface and a hole part 21a provided on the inner side surface; the fan 17 provided to a body 21; and a fan casing 22 having an air trunk for guiding an air current produced by the fan 17 to an exhaust opening 21b and a locking part 22a provided on the outer side surface, and inserted inside the body 21 from the opening to be installed around an air blower. The fan casing 22 is temporarily fixed to the body 21 by locking of the locking part 22a and the hole part 21a.
