Abstract:
To provide a ventilation-construction method which is effective in preventing condensation in an existing building or a new building, structurally and in the course of constructing the building.
In implementing the ventilation-construction method, the outer wall 5 of the building 1 is covered with a heat insulator 41 which is then covered with an exterior cladding material 45, and hollow passages 42 are formed in respective areas enclosed by the heat insulator, to thereby secure ventilating air ducts F1 to F3. Then each ventilating air duct is connected to the interior of a desired room, and thus the ventilation of the building is implemented.
