A first air path structure 4 and a second air path structure 5 penetrate an outer wall 3 partitioning the outdoors 1 and a room inside 2, a heat exchanger 101 comprises two ventilation paths of a primary ventilation path and a secondary ventilation path, and heat collection and heat radiation can be performed between air in the primary ventilation path and air in the secondary ventilation path. The first air path structure 4 is incorporated with a blower 6 as an air blowing means wherein an air blowing direction can be reversed and the primary ventilation path of the heat exchanger 101, and the second air path structure 5 is incorporated with the secondary ventilation path of the heat exchanger 101, an air direction detection means 7, and a ventilation amount detection means 8. The blower 6 is controlled by a controller 9 as a control means.
