To provide a ventilation equipment for roof capable of securing a large capacity of ventilation for sufficient ventilation.

A ventilating equipment has a top plate 46 having a top surface part 52 and side surface parts 54 suspended from both cross directional ends of the top surface part 52, and skirt plates 48 respectively having a partitioning part 64 provided inside of the top plate 46 and forming a central ventilation passage 62 communicated with an attic and located in a roof ridge part 44. The top plate 46 is formed with a ventilation port 84 near both end sides of the top surface part 52, and fitted to the skirt 48 at the side surface part 54 side thereof. The skirt plate 48 is arranged with the predetermined space between the top surface part 52 of the top plate 46 at the upper end of the partitioning part 64, and a ventilation port 82 communicated with a central ventilation passage 62 and the ventilation port 84 is formed between the top surface part 46 and itself. Total opening area of the ventilation port 84 is formed equal or larger to/than the total opening area of the ventilation part 82.
