Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a ventilation fan which can install a duct connection part corresponding to a vertical and horizontal directions of an installation space.SOLUTION: A ventilation fan includes: duct connection parts 2a, 2b engaged with a side surface of a ventilation fan body having a box shape whose undersurface is opened, and for connecting the ventilation fan body to ducts 7a, 7b; a fixing component 4b for fixing the duct connection parts 2a, 2b to a ceiling joist 80; and a decorative panel for covering the undersurface of the ventilation fan body. The duct connection parts 2a, 2b include: duct connection plates coming into contact with the side surface plate body of the ventilation fan body; and ceiling contacting surfaces standing vertically from lower end parts of the duct connection plates. At the ceiling contacting surfaces, fixing component mounting holes 28a, 28b are provided which are through-holes in which an opening dimension on the lower side is larger than an opening dimension on the upper side. The fixing component 4b has a side surface which comes into contact with inner surfaces of the fixing component mounting holes 28a, 28b at least at two places, and it has a shape which does not penetrate the fixing component mounting hole, and a long-hole-shaped fastening member through-hole is provided. The duct connection parts 2a, 2b are held between the fixing members 4b and the ceiling joist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
