To facilitate the hose connecting work to a ventilation pipe which communicates with an underground tank.
For this ventilation pipe equipment 10, a ventilation pipe joint 40 which communicates with the upper section space of the underground tank 12 is arranged at a height position which is suitable for the attaching work. and the ventilation pipe 30 communicates with the ventilation pipe joint 40 to form the ventilation pipe equipment 10. The ventilation pipe joint 40 has a joint pipe 80, a breather valve 90, a first opening 100 and a second opening 110. The lower end opening 82 of the joint pipe 80 communicates with the upper space of the underground tank 12 through a lower ventilation pipe 30a, and the upper end opening 84 communicates with the lower end of the ventilation pipe 30 which is extended to a specified height on the ground. The breather valve 90 has a valve seat 88 which is installed at an intermediate section of a flow passage 86, an exhaust valve 92 which is opened when the inside of the underground tank 12 turns pressurized, and an inlet valve 94 which opens when the inside of the underground tank 12 becomes a negative pressure state.
