To provide a ventilation sleeve that is easily mounted to a wall of a building to form a ventilation path communicating between the inside and outside of the building.
The ventilation sleeve includes a first sleeve 6 and a second sleeve 7, each having a flange (a first flange 6b, a second flange 7b) formed on an end thereof. The ventilation sleeve is configured such that a first threaded portion 6c is formed on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the first sleeve 6, and a second threaded portion 7c, which is to be screw-engaged with the first threaded portion 6c, is formed on the cylindrical inner peripheral surface of the second sleeve 7. This configuration allows the first sleeve 6 to be inserted into the second sleeve 7 while the first sleeve 6 is being screwed in the second sleeve 7, thus allowing the ventilation path communicating between the inside and the outside of the building to be formed without cutting a pipe.
