To provide a ventilation structure for an agricultural PVC greenhouse 10 effectively reducing the temperature in the greenhouse.

The ventilation structure for an agricultural PVC greenhouse is formed as follows: stretching vinyl sheets 28, 29 so as to partition the inner part space of a greenhouse 10 into a loft space S1 (S1a, S1b) and a lower part space S2; installing a ventilation fan 24 discharging the air in the loft space S1 at one side of the loft space S1a; communicating the other side of the loft space S1b to the lower part space S2; and forming an outer-air inlet 25 at a side opposite to the communicating part of the lower part space S2. Preferably, one-way means 30, 31 allowing the air to flow from the lower part space S2 to the loft space S1 and inhibiting the flow opposite to the air flow, are equipped to the communicating part between the loft space S1 and the lower part space S2.
