Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a verification method of a microorganism inspection apparatus, a verification device in a microorganism inspection apparatus, and a program in which detection accuracy of a microorganism inspection apparatus which detects a colony of microorganism generated on a culture medium of an object to be inspected can be verified.SOLUTION: Color information of each point in a culture medium in a color image, which is obtained by photographing an object to be inspected, is input and a classifier learns the culture medium (S20). In the case of executing verification, a sample image including a sample colony is obtained (S50), and the sample image is corrected to the brightness and the hue of the culture medium in the color image to obtain a corrected image (S60). Next, sample information for specifying the color, shape and position of the sample colony is obtained from the corrected image (S70). Image synthesis processing in which a sample colony based on the sample information is incorporated into the culture medium in the color image is performed to generate a verification image (S80). Sample detection processing is performed to the verification image (S90), and detection accuracy of an inspection apparatus is verified based on a detection result of the colony (S100).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
