PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having high safety to fire hazard and excellent sprayability and exhibiting extermination effect against mites, etc., when injected into a mat, bedding, cuddly toy, etc., by using a mixture of fluorocarbons, dimethyl ether and LPG as a propellant component.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by mixing (A) 40-80vol.% of an active stock liquid containing active component and optionally a synergist and (B) 60-20vol.% of a propellant mixture composed of (i) 20-70vol.% of fluorocarbons, (ii) 0-50vol.% of dimethyl ether and (iii) 0-80vol.% of LPG. Examples of the fluorocarbon of the component B are monoehlorodifluoromethane, monochlorodifluoroethane, difinoroethane, 2,2- dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane, etc.
