Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve riding comfort by decreasing the temperature difference of conditioned air supplied from both outlet ports upon complex mode in which a vent outlet port and a foot outlet port are simultaneously opened.
SOLUTION: A vent outlet port 10 and a differential outlet port 11 are provided above a mixing chamber 9. A foot outlet port 12 is opened so as to be opposed to the passage of an air flow flowing through an upper passage 6a. The foot outlet port 12 is provided with a foot duct 13 for guiding taken air to the outer part of a unit case 2. A bypass passage 21 is formed between a foot air taking part 20 of the foot duct 13 in the unit case 2 and the terminal inner wall 2a of the unit case 2.
