Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical bag-making and packaging machine capable of avoiding generation of shift from each other and looseness of both edge parts of a packaging material bent in a nearly cylindrical form, and meandering travel of the packaging material by performing vertically sealing by ultrasonic sealing while nearly cylindrical bent molding obtained by a former is retained.SOLUTION: A belt-like packaging material Fw is bent to a nearly cylindrical packaging material whose both edge parts Fe, Fe are overlapped by a former 30, and is molded to a cylindrical packaging material Ft due to that both edge parts Fe, Fe are fusion-joined with a vertical sealing device 60 comprising an ultrasonic sound sealer. The vertical sealing device 60 is arranged directly under the overlapped part 34 of the former 30, and applies vertical sealing to the packaging material while a shape retention action for retaining the shape of the packaging material in a nearly cylindrical shape is held, and consequently, it is possible to avoid inconveniences such as generation of shift in both edge parts Fe, Fe, generation of looseness in the packaging material bent in a nearly cylindrical packaging material, and meandering travel of the cylindrical packaging material Ft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
