Abstract:
To protect an injection cylinder rod and a cylinder rod packing from a casting flash from a die parting surface of a vertical casting type die casting machine, dropping of molten metal and slag from an injection sleeve or dripping of die spray liquid and sleeve spray liquid.
An injection mechanism 50 mounts a docking cylinder 30 for ascending/descending the injection sleeve 60 for casting molten metal into a cavity 11a and an injection cylinder 70 for ascending/descending a plunger 62 on a travelling truck 52 for travelling on travelling rails 2B extended to the longitudinal direction at each two pieces in the symmetrical state at the right and the left sides. The injection cylinder 70 is arranged at apart position from the die 11.
