Abstract:

To effectively use a working place and efficiently perform a work.

This vertical conveyor 20 is constituted by providing a frame body 26 provided with first and second conveyor devices 21 and 22 with a self-traveling vehicle 30 supporting the frame body 26 and traveling on the ground. The first conveyor device 21 is constituted by extendably winding an endless belt 8. The endless belt 8 is constituted of a horizontal direction carrying part 8A, a vertical direction carrying part 8B for forming a vertical direction route and an earth and sand mounting part 8C. The second conveyor device 22 receives an object to be carried fed into the earth and sand mounting part 8C through an earth and sand feeder 11 on an endless belt 28 from a discharge end 16 of the horizontal direction carrying part 8A and discharges the object to be carried from a discharge end 25. The vertical conveyor 20 moves the self-traveling vehicle 30 by desired timing when performing the work and changes the positions of the discharge end 25 and the earth and sand mounting part 8C.
